Website Nearby Metar Reports - Troubles

I am trying to update the Nearby Metar Reports on my website waitaraweather.com. At present they are all California USA. I have been through this procedure http://www.weather-watch.com/smf/index.php?topic=7688.0 a couple of times with no luck. My closest airport is New Plymouth Airport and it's code is NZNP.TXT.  Makes me think it is only fixable in C-Panel somewhere. Can anyone help?
