First - make sure you have set yourself up for Internet uploads. See the section below if you haven't

1: Click on "Control Panel"  and choose Internet & File Uploads. Check that the "Main Internet Switch" is on. If not, then switch it on by clicking on it.
2: Click on "Setup Page #2" - find the line that says clientraw.txt. (File #28). Click on Set
3a: A new window opens up. Click on "Update Every Minute", and then Click "Save Now", or alternatively...
3b: A new window opens up. Click on one of the update period buttons, hourly, 5 mins, 10 mins etc. depending on how frequently you want to update your file (5 mins max is recommended). A list of times will appear in the window. Click "Save Now"
4: Click on the "Show file upload times". Again, choose your upload frequency. 5 mins or less is recommended. Click "Save Now"
5: Click OK and the window will close

6: Check that the two "Lights" back on the Advanced internet settings are green. If you have your ftp servers setup okay, you are good to go

If you need to configure your FTP server, you can do this in a number of places
(a) The best place to start is under Control Panel, FTP & Connections METAR NOAA, click on the connections tab. About 1/3 of the way down put in your main FTP host settings, alternatively

(b) Again under advanced internet settings  (Under  Internet & File Uploads, where you were before), click on the Other FTP servers setup. You can add ftp server settings in here - so maybe you want to upload to more than one server - or a specific server that's not your default server.

Post below if you have any problems

Points 2 through 6, a) and b) are much easier in the one stop shop for Clientraw.txt FTP - AS BELOW:

Agree with Step 1. Go to the FTP Connections setup page and turn on ensure the FTP username and password and Folder path are all correct.  Probably already all working if you have a website :)  Turn the Switch ON to green.

Use the next two images:  Select:  [Web Files/Web Page - Real time FTP/WDL]

Real Time Client FTP:

1. Choose a Station Name in top box,
2. Select say 120secs delay between FTP (2 mins)
3. Click on the button [Import Settings]
4. Turn the switch on

That seems easier.

yes, you just need that real time switch on
(assuming though you have set the main internet switch on and have set the FTP server details in the control panel -> FTP/Internet setup, Connections setup)
