‘How To’ Upload to Weather Underground via Cumulus Software.

Register your station at Weather Underground. Copy down and keep your Station ID and Password.
https://www.wunderground.com/personal-weather-station/signup.asp

Then in Cumulus:
Under Internet Settings – Sites/Options
Top right – Weather Underground.
Follow the screenshot below for suggested settings.
If you do not have UV and Solar Rad, then untick these.
Also for the interval, 10 minutes is sufficient.

Click Ok at the bottom when complete.
Then File -  Exit  and restart Cumulus.

Your data should begin to upload to Weather Underground after 10 minutes or so.
