Update:
Peru Floods: 14 dead, thousands Homeless
-14 killed, 30+ injured  with more than 44,000 being affected
-Heavy rainfall caused flooding which has engulf 22 provinces
-San Martin province worst hit by flood where more than 200 people homeless
-Roads flooded, 4 bridges collapsed
-92 tonnes of emergency aid provided by Peruvian government
