A pamphlet folder

A thing for tying bundles of paper with string

TokWW · « **Reply #8 on:** January 22, 2014, 12:38:09 PM »

Folder - yes it could be too! I can't see any counting number wheels but wondered if it counted sheets of paper? There seems to be an offset on the brass drum/shaft, as if it may move something once every rev or movement. A good puzzle - thanks for the hints!

A mini printer

Is it something that folds brochures, like into a multi-fold brochure?

Or is it a stapler?
