Two teams with potential and a close neighbour rivalry.

Rules

If the game is delayed for any reason & has to be replayed on a reserve day, your picks will carry over.
If the game ends as a draw, you will be awarded 1 point.
If the game is not completed for any reason whatsoever, you will gain 1 point.
Your picks need to be in reasonably promptly, so any received after kick off will be ignored . . . probably!!

Both teams have struggled to gain any traction down under prior to the cup.
Pakistan lost the series to New Zealand but have the better record so far with wins over Bangladesh & England,
while India have lost pretty much all games in their tour so far.

So , pick this one if you can . . . .

And the Pakistanis were not able to do it!!

India won the toss & decided to batl!
India played a solid innings, with Kohli getting a century, and Dhawan & Raina 70's.
So exactly 300 for India.
Pakistan looked to be going OK early on, but tight Indian bowling at critical times was the
difference, with most batsmen unable to carry on to that big score.

In hindsight, India has been in Australia for almost 3 months & would be better adjusted to the
Aussie wickets, while Pakistan has been in New Zealand. This was probably the difference.
Pity I didn't think of that before making my pick
