Cumulus *Humidity* Default Settings of 99%

Cumulus only seemed to record 99% for me.
I found if I ticked the box as below, it would record 100% when it was 100%

To allow your Station to record a High of 100% in the Daily Highs and Lows for Yesterday try ticking this box.
