Mexico is living its eighth winter storm when barely average station, which already added 34 cold fronts, snow and temperatures that dropped to - 17 ° C in some places, forcing the Government to declare "extraordinary emergency" in 24 of the 32 States of the country

The national meteorological system, has warned that the worst of the winter could be yet to come and that temperatures will fall in the North, Northeast, East and center of Mexico, in all rule.
