New Plymouth: variable weather- mix of Sun then spits of rain, some dark cloud, moderate SW wind, 13 degrees or so.

Cold, still. 8°. The sun is trying very hard to avoid the clouds. It rained overnight. The best part of the day?, that lousy wind has gone.
