Weather has turned to the south and temperature has dropped to 7 degrees and we have showers, supposed to clear fairly quickly.

Big frost this morning. The sun cleared away the frost then the blooming clouds came over so the temperature is sitting on 11° Maybe with luck the sun will come back. No rain or wind.

Howling North West gale all night and still today. Blue sky, little cloud and 8 °. The plastic bottle broom handle wind vane was in a tizzy. Could not decide which way to point. Hope the wind dies away soon. The bird feeder fell from the tree.
