Suggestions on setting up in a remote location?!

Hey you troops - need some input please.
We need to monitor and store the weather conditions on a hilltop right above our community in the Central Otago area  :)for about 6 months.
No mains power - sure we can get internet somehow!
Need to collect as much different data as we can.
Any suggestions on who may be able to set this up or what equipment to use?
