Best description for todays Weather would be "Partly Cloudy", the emphasis on the Cloudy . . .just.  It was warm pretty much all day but started to cool down around 16:30, enough for the jumper but not the office heater.  There were some quite cloudy periods with Dark Black Clouds but they did not last long and there was no Rain.  Max Temperature today was 17.7c at 13:25 from an overnight low of 7.0c at 06:15.  Todays wind started as a Solid South Westerly with a Southerly bias but had shifted to a Southerly by 7:00 and then started a round the dial trip towards East, North and then to a Westerly by 12:00 (Highest Speed (10 minute average) 23 km/h (F4) at 12:56) where it stayed until around 15:00 (Highest Gust 32 km/h at 13:34).  It then started a move towards the South stopping off to be WSW for a period before getting back to that South Westerly again this evening, petering out all together, currently no wind at all. Wind Run 180.2 km and Dominant Direction 246° WSW.  Outdoor Humidity stayed glued to 99% until around 7:30 am but dropped to a low of 56% by 13:30 and is currently up to 93%.  Barometric Pressure spent the first half of the day in a narrow band between 1019.8 hPa and 1021.0 hPa but then took a dive in the early afternoon levelling out for a period between 1016 and 1017 hPa before heading down again from around 21:30 this evening, currently on 1015.8 hPa.
