Don't know if everyone has seen these or not - interesting.

Here is some photos taken from some of our famous earth quakes from various sources - mainly the Alexander Turnbull Library, Wellington where reproduction of them is forbidden unless permission is obtained.  Being on the GNS thought you may be interested in these as well to have a look at if you haven't seen them already  I can remember the 1942 ones in the Wairarapa  very vividly indeed and was living in Wellington at the time as a child.
