Yes that is the right place to set them up and they look good for Gisborne or there abouts... at a guess.
So long as the small check boxes were used for below equator (South) for Latitude, and East of GMT for Longtitude at the time of entering and saving the numbers. I'm pretty sure the Longtitude ends up as being a positive east. Although in the clientraw.txt file, it shows them both as negative to give correct night/daytime reference. I think for Longtitude, it depends on if you are a Flyer or a boatie, they set them differently and we follow the aeronautical reasoning I think. I may be totally wrong, but I know there are two different systems and they view things differently.
It is the right place to set it though
