Cloudy north of the Bombay Hills with scattered rain in Northland. Fine in most other places apart from cloudy periods. However, some rain developing about the west coast of the South Island and showers developing in the south with a southwest change.

Chatham Islands
Cloudy periods on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Northerly breezes persisting.
