a north to northeast wind here in Bishopdale Chch at 25km/h.
 Its warm but not as warm as the radio say.
 Radio says 19c at 8am but not one undergroud station says that warm at 8am so i wonder where they get there temps from?.
 In Bishopdale its 17.4c.

Very foggy earlier, just left in valleys now clearing to a blue sky day (wall to wall blue)
Overnight low of 7.8ºC - coolish but with not a breath of wind.  Risen to just 11.8ºC now but rising sharply.
