The fact you can not see that picture leads me to believe you are being blocked by that server and hence the FTP hassles.

Ok, a while back I suddenly saw a face & thought ahah, white & black face, it's a Panda Rice Cake.
I quietly asked if perhaps that was it. And no, Baaaarrrpp buzzer for Nah, Nope, Wrong.
But yes to the face . . . !!

So, where to from here?
It doesn't look like a rice pudding to me but it would depend on the cook, more like boiled rice with raisons/prunes/whatever nicely placed.

Maybe that gives someone a clue ??
