Forecast in Brief for Thursday the 12th July 2018



Northland to Manawatu, including Coromandel, Bay of Plenty and the central high country
Fine spells, with a few showers, clearing in the west later tomorrow.

Gisborne and Hawkes Bay
Mainly fine, however brief showers spreading north tomorrow.

Horowhenua to Wellington, also Wairarapa, Marlborough and Nelson
Mainly fine. A few showers about the ranges spreading elsewhere for a time tomorrow morning.

Buller, Westland and Fiordland
Outbreaks of rain, with some heavy falls and hail, clearing overnight, although a few showers lingering in Buller.

Canterbury and Otago
Showers for a time this evening or overnight, with snow to 400 metres in Otago and 600 metres in Canterbury, clearing tomorrow and becoming fine.

Southland
Showers, falling as snow above 400 metres, clearing tomorrow morning and becoming fine.

Chatham Islands
A few showers.
