Whistler Blackcomb – Snowiest March on Record

Currently 184 cm (6 feet) above average annual snowfall, and still climbing.

March has been absolutely incredible bringing over 380 cm of snow so far, making it the snowiest March in Canada’s Whistler Blackcomb recorded history.
 
Over the last 48 hours Whistler has received 77 cm of snow with 33 cm falling last night.
 
Current Snow Facts
 •Snowiest March on record with 382 cm (12.5 feet)
 Previous record was in 2002/2003 with 336 cm (11 feet)
 •The base is currently 371 cm (12.2 feet) and we have had a total snowfall of 1226 cm (40.2 feet).
 •We are currently 184 cm (6 feet) above our average annual snowfall of 1042 cm (34 feet).
 
Weather – Alpine Forecast

Periods of light snow will continue overnight with most of the snow expected by midnight. Freezing levels will drop into the village area and alpine winds will continue to decrease overnight. Light snowfalls will continue on Friday with cold temperatures
