Important notice from Ken True for users of the Saratoga Templates

The NWS is decommissioning a server we use for METAR observations ... if you are also running a saratoga template or have a wxmetar.php display, you need to
update the get-metar-conditions-inc.php to V1.14 (23-May-2016) by using either the template
update tool (http://saratoga-weather.org/wxtemplates/updates.php ) with a query for
Base-*, Plugin-*, 23-May-2016 or you can download the script directly from
http://saratoga-weather.org/get-metar-conditions-inc.php?sce=view

This will need to be done *before* June 15, 2016 when the NWS will decommission the weather.noaa.gov site
for access otherwise, current sky conditions collection will be lost.
