Bonus Draw 1454 - 18 April

Our table had a bit of a shuffle last week, and things are looking interesting at the sharp end.
JennyLeez now leads by a nose from Hank13 who is a nose ahead of mark.
Then there's a bit of a gap back to the chasing pack led by Valerie & Rex.

So, how does it work?
Well, it's simple enough, try to pick the bonus number.
Guess this week’s Lotto Bonus Number and gain 5 points, or 3 points for one either side.
For our International members & those who are unfamiliar,
the Bonus number is part of the NZ Lotto Draw every Saturday night at 8pm.

General Rules
You may chose up to 3 numbers each week from 1 to 40.
You may pick the same number another member picks.
You may also pick the same number more than once.
This gives you the chance to increase your points haul, e.g. 24, 24 and 24 or 24, 24 and 39.
Picks will not be fixed so you will need to post your picks each week.
The first member to reach 20 points will win Scratchy Tickets.

Results
All righty then . . .
First off, welcome back ato2, & it was great to see some banter this week.

Last nights Bonus Number was

And nobody grabbed the big prize.
Valerie, JennyLeez & that Opotiki fella scored 3 points with one offs.
Arnie was extremely unlucky with 2 two offs, while Smudge & ato2 were just plain unlucky with only 1 each.

So, a few manoeuvres on the table . . .
JennyLeez, I reckon, was so put out by the chat about her hooter that she has put some distance on the pack.
She now leads by 4 points & is 1 score from the finishing post. Hank13 & mark are still within striking distance.
Valerie, with some outstanding strategies, is gaining on that leading trio & is now only a pace or 2 behind.
And I have tagged on to the tail (but all too late I fear, the leaders are into the final straight)

13 of us are now on the table, & 5 of us still haven't troubled the scorer.
