I dunno I have never seen one of those before only ones that run on tracks.  Could it be a farm train or a cow moover or a silage express?

I did!  It's a Thomas the Tank engine look alike, running with petrol engine on 4 tyres - how come I didn't get the prize??  :(

There's no black and white writing on that page  :D

But it does say in yellow on red that it is a Trackless Train

and yes correct. They are called 'Trackless Trains.
