Waipukurau.
Hard to believe the temperature at 7.30 am was 16 degrees. Later when it read 19 degrees at 9 am we decided it was time to check the temperature gauge in town. 9.39 am 19 ° Proof to us our gauge is working correctly.
Now the time is 12 51 pm and the temperature is sitting at 24. Must be rare days we are having. Two in a row. I see the newspaper is predicting an extra warm spring for the east coast. Bring it on. Wind from the North West, not very strong either. Blue sky and cotton wool clouds.
