some areas that are now marginal for kiwi fruit in NZ, which needs a chilling period (i.e frosts), might get even more marginal
here, we have only had 1 light frost this winter so far and that was back in may
re that ariticle, the bit about surfing...beach breaks will be not be affected...as the beach will just be moving in land....but the slope of the beach etc will not change
also coral reefs will just grow taller...to get to the light...so the depth is maintained
reef breaks caused by rocks...a few cm's is not going to cause any problems compared to the m's of tide rise and fall daily anyway
also during the dinasours , the climate was alot hotter
and there was much more oceans than land mass..and they were teeming with life...
and there was also more oxygen in the atmosphere...
