The Calendar shows 1 week to go to Spring (or Fall in your case...)
Looking outside it's very deceiving....
Bright and Sunny (finally)
However, the thermometer shows a 'bit' different. Cold Winds and a temp still far below zero.....
NOTE:
The Tv Weather forecast showed yesterday, it's the
Coldest 1st half of March in
24 years....

In the same week
last year, we had temperatures of + 19 to + 25 C.....

What's happening with 'Global Warming'....

Current Conditions:
Temp: - 2.5 C
Apparent Temp: - 10 C
Sky: Clear and Sunny
Winds: Strong NW at 20 km/h with Gusts up to 40 km/h
UV Index: Climbing up to 5
Humidity: 53%
Baro: 1018 mb
Precipitation: None
We also had a 'peak-view' of the long-term forecast yesterday (March-end to June)
Expected is above normal temperatures (starting suddenly in mid April) and above normal precipitation.
We're NOT done (yet) with the Snow. (This weekend 3 -5 cm expected)
It's very common that we DON'T see a nice, gradually spring in Toronto.
One day it's + 10 C and the next day it's +25 C (often lasting throughout the summer till Sept).
That 'wishfull moment' (switch) is expected around mid-April..........
Cheers,
Arthur
