Accessing the forum on mobile and portable devices

There are no smarts built into the forum to determine device type and perform a redirect, although it probably can be done. If there is enough interest I could look into it further. If you like that view though, then it's probably just as easy to bookmark the URL in your phones browser.

Without the wap / wap2 / imode variables, the forum is useable in a browser on a phone, but barely. Tapatalk has always been the preferred method of accessing this forum via mobile devices, so although we recognised the need for mobile access, we haven't delved too much into the various methods of providing it, since Tapatalk already does a good job.

I access the site regularly on my iPad and it's quite readable to my eyes (I know others struggle with it), but very occasionally I find I'm experiencing fat finger syndrome - more to do with the smaller screen and the way the page is laid out than anything else (ie lines of links too close together). Tapatalk is also available for iOs devices
