No Data to WD

Hi my Vantage Pro2 console got disconected (by the cat) and the batteries went flat put new batteries in and reconnected power but WD is not receiving any data, which means no info going to website.The console is working fine. Need help to fix.
Now have depowered console removed Data Logger for a few minutes and repowered by batteries and it seems to workat this stage will try power later
