Today I heard the first Morepork in our neighborhood about 5.30am

Today we heard the first cicada of the season



(this was Tom's idea,  so I am following on from his suggestion so we can compare next year if these events happened at the same time of the year.  Hope I have got it right Tom,  change it if needs be)
