Fine spells and isolated showers.

The remaining North Island areas
Fine, apart from areas of morning cloud and a few afternoon or evening showers about the ranges.

Buller, Westland and Fiordland
Fine, apart from some evening cloud.

The remaining South Island areas
Fine, apart from areas of morning low cloud and isolated afternoon showers about inland Southland.
