Record snowfall in Northeast China
« on: April 16, 2013, 05:10:11 PM »
Snow is blanketing several parts of northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province, where the northern-most county, Mohe, is witnessing its largest snowfall in three years. The county has suffered heavy wind and snow since Friday, blocking several roads.

Snow has also been falling since Friday in Heihe. The city has been hit by record snowfall since the winter.

Heavy wind and snowstorm also hit Hulun Buir in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Saturday. Over 200 vehicles and 600 people were trapped there.
