Although the Sun peaks through the clouds, the nasty NW wind drops the temp significantly.. 
Weekend Forecast is only so-so.........
Still some Snow expected for Saturday, and Sunday a max temp of around + 1 C with a bit of Sunshine.....

HAPPY ST PATRICKS DAY (that's Irish, but there are many Irish immigrants in Toronto, which gives us an VERY colourful Parade through Downtown every year..  !!!!
