Not being able to upload to the internet is a very big 'downside'. That would mean no WU, no banner etc.

What weather station have you got at present Martin?

I am using a AERCUS weather station Jen

I am aware with the W266 not able to go on the internet but with the AERCUS rain can give a faulty reading, whae its very windy I would be more interested with the lightning detector but saying that when my weather station breakdown they may bring out a better station that will work on the internet

Hi Martin
Good to see you back.

The WX forum has had a bit of chat about this station, not much, but may be of some interest, the link is

My thoughts, I would go right along with what Jen has said.

Cheers
