I have the Weatherwatch widget on my tablet - but for an app I would highly recommend WeatherView

It uses the clientraw and is the only one that can use a wxsim forecast from a station. The free version is all the average user needs, the elite (paid) version is for station owners so that they can have their stations data/forecasts included in the app.

That looks like a good one too...lots of features but way more than I am looking for on my phone. It takes up a little more screen real estate than the one I am using.  It also uses a lot more space (9.6mb versus 112k) for those more space conscious.  Oh and if you want to display your own weather station then you need to buy the elite version.  Once you have purchased the elite version I understand that those using the free version will be able to see you weather station details.

does what I require,but the weatherview one looks good too!
