Well its a little unusual in that the image has been edited. Can we see the original unedited image. The hole without an Allen screw should be a black or dark grey hole with a shadow but it is as white as the general background. It's a false image.

The photo is what it looks like.
The background could be any colour. Its a thing that you put on a thing
