Where to host WD and WDL now?!

Hi - am about to dump my ISP - iHug/Vodafone and need to find somewhere to host my 2 weather pages. Not leaving because of their service - just general slow speeds in our area and we have missed out on the fibre roll out so am looking at switching to a local high speed wireless network.
Ok any suggestions please? Obviously would prefer not to have to pay but ok will bite the bullet if no other option!
