Interesting. The site has been updated and very clearly states it is now no longer compatible with Weather Display.

Wonder if it's just a temporary thing?

Unfortunately no, not a temporary thing with WD http://www.wxforum.net/index.php?topic=29817.msg336865#msg336865.  Brian has been doing updates for Meteobridge and Cumulus only and working on adding Weatherflow  http://sandaysoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=15136#p128166

Just on a whim, I tried PWS again this afternoon and lo and behold, the forecasts were back on the page so I've been able to re-instate the link on my weather page..
I got an email from Weather Underground last week apologising for problems and stating everything was fixed, so perhaps that's where the malfunction was all along.
As PWS  no longer support Weather Display, I guess I'd better not upgrade to any later versions.

Brian (weatherist34) has been experimenting on showing an alternate forecast and current conditions (Sager) whenever WU would not be available KOMOKA, ON CANADA Smart Home Weather Station

Unfortunately that will not be helpful when using WD
