What are you trying to set up?  A new station, or new software and going from Barometric/Absolute ()as seen initially by the barometer) through to Relative Air pressure : Relative to Sea Level?

If it is the latter, ensure you have entered the height above sea level for the station in correct units in another place and then tick the QFE box.

Or if that has been done, and there is a correction needed?

Some stations (most) allow the display to be corrected for elevation by setting either an offset or pushing the numbers up with arrow till it reads correctly.  Some stations only report the absolute to the PC.  While others send the adjusted value through.

Just updating instructions and screenshot to one of the latest versions :)

For new stations or just for calibrating open up the ‘Control Panel’ from the top menu.
Select Offsets & Initial Rain.
Select Tab - Temp/Baro Offsets/Rain Totals.
Second one down, Barometer Offset. Type in the value you wish to alter your pressure reading by. In the attached below I increase my barometer current reading by 4.0. To decrease it I would have put -4.0
Click on Set and your adjusted value will appear on the left. Click on Yes up top right then close the Control Panel.
This may take a few seconds to alter on Weather Display Frontend and you may even need to Exit/Save and restart Weather Display.
