I found this site giving water temps around the world.  Looks a great site

Norfolk Island is around 25`C water temperatures.  No wonder it is always nice in the water

you could use
http://www.weatherzone.com.au/climate/indicator_sst.jsp?lt=wzcountry&lc=aus&c=sst
instead
which also has anomalies
