Title: Changes to our Classic Map

Time for a bit of culling by the looks  . . .

I intend to cease reads for the following:
Camborne    Just ain't coming back
Hautere        keeps regurgitating 5th Nov data
Kerikeri        Never any data
Royal Oak     Frozen since  27th Sep
Te Awamutu  Seems to have gone WU only
Ashburton     Closed down end of last year

Keeping a watch on:
Colsons Hill
Sandy Bay
