How do we know that there are more storms now in 2018 than there were in 1918?.
Is their data that can tell us this?.

Costs are sure going up they go up each year as do what we pay for insurance.

You could buy a house here in 1970 for $4000 now the avg is about $450,000.

So storm in 1970 would cost less to fix 1 house then compared to now.
