Part of a screen. By screen I mean you stand them up to shelter from drafts or prying eyes!!!! Usually made up in three parts.

Ok so lets narrow things down a bit.
Remember this is part of something.
You would not find one of these in your home.
You would find one of these within the business sector.
You would only ever find these inside.
Wairoa would not have one. Larger cities in New Zealand and around the world would only have them.
This particular one is not common. It would be expensive to buy.

Looking at those guessing, go a little bit bigger :)
