Tokoroa -
A mild overnight low of 15.5ºC and 16.4ºC now. 
Very low cloud - well its misty with 99% rH which could well be 100%.
Lightly raining steadily since 4am. 
A 2km/hr northerly light breeze.

There's a warming glow from the sky, here - not too sure what it is

A partly cloudy day here after some rain to start the day. We had 16mm of fairly consistent light rain from 5pm to 9am. The ground is pretty soaked now after 110mm in the past week.

Tokoroa -

Clearing skies to the north and west, temp dropped to a minimum of 13.9ºC as a clearing cold front came through and now back up to 16.8ºC and rising, hopefully the sun will be out soon to warm up the day with the sou-easter now blowing through very gently.

The southwest change has come .
The air temp was 20c but now is 12.7c.
The winds up to 28km/h.

It was beautiful here most of the day - then a SW decided to go through - and fortunately so far missed us and went to the Peninsula way.  But certainly bought the temps down with a rush.  A lot of lightening strikes the Peninsula way though which we missed out on fortunately.
Temp now 12.9 deg with
 SW wind gust to 48.3 km
Baro has now risen to 998.4.

Turned into quite a nice day here after a rather dismal start, quit windy early afternoon but that went too to leave us with a brilliant evening.

Fine at first, with some medium-level cloud, then skies rapidly became overcast from mid-morning, with a noticeable drop in temps as the wind backed from NW to SW. Cloudy to overcast for the rest of the day, with a band of clearer sky developing to the SW at sunset. Light to moderate W wind, and warm pm temps.
