Hmmmm I have seen that somewhere before
Concrete of some kind

Looks like a bit of decking timber, with moisture on it, and a but faded. Well with a bit of imagination anyway

Are those raindrops on the item?

I am thinking a plastic moulding of some sort.

A grille of some kind
Part of a motor vehicle
Pavement
-
an ancient or modern wash-board, for cleaning clothes

Nope to the above.
This is something we would 'use'.
We would use it outside.
Not everyone would have one of these.
If you do have one of these it would be normal to have more than one.
Not a household requirement :)

Decorative louvre windows

Is it plastic
Is it molded
-
An old fashioned wash board
Hmmmm it can't be a heater cos using those would be dangerous outside
Does its use electricity or is it mechanical?
Part of a vehicle?
I guess you can't eat it!
-
garage door.
-
No to all of the above including Babs questions :)

If you do have one of these it would be normal to have more than one.
Not a household requirement.
