I was going to say Hot Air balloon before I saw Gabba's post, then umbrella was next.  The fabric looks so light and thin so it suits gabba's guess well, it does appear to be off a roundish object, another option could be a parachute.

Thanks guys.
Balloon and parachute was the big cue.
Then just thinking of things that weremade from  similar type of materials.
