Temperatures are definitely dropping across our NZLW station.
The below temps are the over night lows taken from midnight til mid morning 4th June 2016.

You'll also notice that the balmy overnight temperatures were at the bottom of the South Island!!

Yes but surprisingly the very bottom was at the other end of the scale.
Dunedin, Winton, Stewart Island, Mosgiel & Makarewa were all between 5 and 9°C

Colder down bottom tonight though.
