Title: Poll: Which Weather Extreme Do You Prefer?

Globally the Weather Extremes would be more around below zero (0.0) and above 37.0°C
Since half of New Zealand would not drop under zero or at the other end exceed 30 this Poll has been fine tuned to temperatures more comparable to the New Zealand Climate.

So given the choice, would you prefer day after day of freezing cold temperatures or day after day of extreme heat?

The cold any day to excessive heat. Can't stand days of heat.

We just finished several days of 30C plus http://www.komokaweather.com/weather/betel_datasummaryCU.php, and had days last February close to -30C and must say some of each is fine, but not the same every day, but prefer more days on the high temp compared to low temp days!  Sorry I can't fill in the poll but wish all comfortable weather :)

I prefer 20-25c but depends on the humidity but I do like the storms

I feel the cold, I feel the cold real bad.
I wear layers of clothes all day and sleep in layers of clothes....lol

and yet I would prefer to have an extreme cold day to an extreme heat wave.
Reason being I can warm myself up by staying inside, hugging the firebox, heater, heat pump and wheat bag.
Plus dont forget those layers of clothes :)

But on the painfully hot summer days there is very few ways to keep cool. Sure if you have AC you can stay inside but not everyone has that luxury.
Really the only other solution I can think of is water. So one could sit in a bath of cold water ( minus the layers of clothes ) but one is going to end up very wrinkly eventually.

So although I hate winter and thrive in summer..............
I prefer the cold to the heat.

20 degrees and no wind is my favourite. I guess I will plump for cold rather than hot because it is so much easier to get warm, than cool down.
