Some of you might remember the blogs I used to write on here, several of them were titled What We have Learnt as I blogged about Ross's journey through his tongue cancer operation, his radiation treatment and how he learnt to eat and talk again
Today he saw the Oncologist at Hutt Hospital and we learnt that he has been discharged, no more hospital visits to see cancer specialists.
I am so very proud of him and the way he has always looked forward and not backwards even during this five year period of having another tongue operation to tidy up his mouth, a stroke and then a heart operation, he is quite simply my Hero!
