Title: Forecast in Brief for Thursday 25th June 2015

The northern half of the North Island, that's from North Taranaki, Taupo and Bay of Plenty northwards
Mostly fine. Isolated showers in Northland and morning frosts in sheltered places.

South Taranaki and Taihape to Wellington, also Wairarapa
Cloudy periods, and isolated showers.

Gisborne and Hawkes Bay
Mostly cloudy with showers, easing and becoming confined to coastal Gisborne this afternoon.

For all of the South Island except Fiordland
Fine with morning frosts, severe inland. Areas of persistent fog in a few inland valleys and basins. Cloudy periods developing in Canterbury, coastal Otago and Southland this morning, with possible rain about coastal Southland in the evening.

Fiordland
Mostly cloudy with patchy drizzle, turning to rain this evening.
