Still think it has a strong resemblance to a seed head from a plant. Plenty of little yellow seeds in among the brown bits.

The little yellow seeds remind me of popcorn before it is popped.

We need to get away from cereals, wheats and grain. Tis not any of these.

Yes it is in the food category but take another path :)

Valerie is getting closer.

The size of the photo is about right. In other words this is not a close up.

Now to eat these you would eat them one at a time so yes this food is stacked on top of each other.

No to grain, wheat, seeds, cereals.

In the photo this food is bulk stacked on top of each other. We would not buy it like this.
I have never seen it packed like this. I guess Hotels and restaurants would buy in bulk like this.

We would buy a few of it at a time.
We would cook these before eating.
You would not eat these raw :)

You can have for either Breakfast, lunch or tea.

Look at the colour...............

Hint huh.....

ummm  this is already cooked ready for serving.
The photo is a bulk amount of them. You would not have them in the home like this. More a hotel or restaurant.
You would take two or three of these and put on your plate.
Valerie has the food product correct so carry on along those lines.

My husband is getting in on this guessing game and wanted to add "anything to do with bacon??"  As for me I am totally stumped. I tried to think of all the food that is in a stack. Pancakes, flapjacks, rissoles, patties. Meat patties??? Oh bum.
