Absolutely no idea, I think what makes this one so hard is it's part of a computer generated image, not a photograph, so there is no texture or natural lightning in the image to guide us  :-\

it is part of a logo.
a very famous logo known in many countries.
you will all know it so with this knowledge, what is this?

Its either the top of a letter (like S) or its the top of a character...its the head /cap of an animated character.

You would not normally see this in your home but everyone would have had one the same or similar at one time or another.

Ok so it is established it is a logo.

Your would see this more down town or in the city but also can be seen at times in your home.

Next key clue is "Food"  :)
